Goal

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The customer use the function GET_PAY_AVAILABILITY in the fast formula to fetch the paid days for an employee, but the results doesn't include the public holiday.
In China the public holidays should be paid.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Calculated value should be 12 versus 11 calculated without public holiday.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run payroll.
2. Check paid days. Found 11, whereas paid days should be 12.
It looks The public holiday is 5th April is not taken into account.
