ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Need to hide/remove the Available Budget field on the Award Compensation screen when awarding an individual compensation plan.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Need to remove Available Budget

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Person Management>Search Employee
2. Select Person>Manage Compensation
3. Award Compensation>Available Budget displays on the page
