Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Duplicate email notification

When collector disputes transaction, he receives duplicate email notification for approval although in bell notification there is single notification but in mailbox there are 2 emails which are duplicate.

Go to Task Configuration
Select: FinArTrxnsCreditMemosApproval

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Task: Manage Approval Groups for Financials
Define an Approval Group with a valid user
Go to Task Configuration
Select: FinArTrxnsCreditMemosApproval
Finish the setup

Go to Receivables -> Billing -> Manage Transactions
Edit Transaction
Actions -> Dispute Transaction
Create a Dispute

Log in with the user used in Approval Group. Check the Bell notification at the top and approve / reject the Credit Memo
BUSINESS IMPACT
