ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
'Insufficient Privileges' error when creating new subfolders or saving reports in BI Publisher or Primavera Analytics.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User login with BI Author role will be able to create new subfolders and save reports under the Primavera, P6 Reports and Unifier Reports folders.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to BI Publisher
2.Cannot create new subfolders and save reports under the Primavera, P6 Reports and Unifier Reports folders.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users with BI Author role cannot create a new folder or save reports under the P6 Reports, Primavera and Unifier Reports folders.
