Will Users Receive Email Notifications when an Assigned Custom Role is Modified Later to Include OSN Access Duty?

For cloud users which have been created using HDL (data loader) utilizing a custom employee role which does not include Oracle Social Network (OSN) access duty role find that they do not have access to OSN.
To correct this, the OSN access duty role is added to the custom role.
When this is done, and the custom "Employee" role is modified with the new privilege, will users receive a notification of any sort to know that the modification has occurred?
