ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Autoinvoice Template is not generating Taxes

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Import AutoInvoice job to calculate tax while creating transaction

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the AutoInvoice template
2. Loaded the ArAutoInvoiceImport.zip file
3.Run the Import Auto Invoice job

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have the spread sheet upload to calculate the tax
