Symptoms

The next member of the approval Group receive the approval notification and cannot see the attachment just add from the previous member of the approval Group.
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a purchase requisition
2. Send it to approval to first member from approval group
3. First member Attach a document and approve the document
4. Second member receive the notification and open it
5. The attachment can't be seen
