FA OTBI Absence Values In Reporting Not Showing Up Right

Goal
Customer have noted that carryover was tripled for about a dozen employees. The initialized balance is also not showing up in either column it is being called (one for Front Loaded and one for Incremental). This means that calculating a column that contains the plan balance as it appears in person management is impossible on a consistent basis.
