FA OTBI Absence Values In Reporting Not Showing Up Right (Doc ID 2387486.1)

There is an issue in the production environment where the plan balance values are now showing up right. Previously, customer have noted that carryover was tripled for about a dozen employees. The initialized balance is also not showing up in either column it is being called (one for Front Loaded and one for Incremental). This means that calculating a column hat contains the plan balance as it appears in person management is impossible on a consistent basis.
