Symptoms

Users are getting the below error message when trying to log into FCCS.None of the users are able to get into an application

Failed to sync with user provisioning

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Errors occured during syncrhonization: 
[Object name FCCS_xxxxxxxx is invalid

Changes

 Created a new Object (Group)
