Goal
How can the Date format be set by Country?
Example: In the U.S., the users expect to see the date as mm/dd/yyyy and in the U.K. users expect the date as dd/mm/yyyy.
Profile Options only allows a setting at a Site level that applies to all users, which is not the desired result. User Preferences have to be set by the user, which is not the desired result.
