FA:SCM:MFG Work Order REST API (POST Operation) Results in Error: "The value of the attribute ExplosionFlag is not valid" (Doc ID 2389883.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create a manufacturing work order using the below REST API payload, it fails with the following error:

"Attribute Error": "The value of the attribute ExplosionFlag is not valid. Valid values: true."

As per the Oracle Documentation, the valid values for ExplosionFlag are true and false. As such, the ExplosionFlag attribute should accept 'false' as a valid value and allow creation of a work order with child objects (operation, materials and resources) .
