Symptoms
Event Coming into OTM via 214 Interface is showing inconsistency in zone and value by views of the same event from different paths
Database date stored of devilries time in shipment stops in local times while other dates are in GMT and once that date is pulled from table to display in UI stops tab of the shipment it converts to GMT thus calculation of the time is increases by the delta time between the local and GMT
