Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Other Issues

Manage Data Access for Users User Interface not showing correct data.

Inconsistent behavior as for some users
User 1: it does not list any of the roles with no data access (already set up with Security Console)

User2: It lists the roles only when searching with an specific criteria in Security Context field

In the Manage Data Access for Users page, getting no result when you search by "ALL" Security Context. You have to select a specific value, such as
ledger, business unit, etc. to search for users.
If you leave default view of Users without data access set context to Business Unit, search on User ,there will be 2 rows
returned for Employee and Line Manager.
Change the search to have context of All and those same 2 rows are not returned. 'All' should return users without data access for all security
context values
