Benefit Plan Display in Self Service Page

After creating the plan when client trying to see the same plan in Self Service Page client can see the if one Plan type has the 4 option then it should be one Plan type and under that 4 Option where as in out case client can see the 4 Option repeating 4 time with Plan it self.
