Error when saving a compensation plan

When I am in a compensation plan and I give a performance rating and click on 'Save' it gives error.

If I exit and go back into the plan and enter something else and save, it works, so there is something wrong with the performance rating and saving.

Attribute PerfDate in PlanDetailsAM.oracle_apps_hcm_compensation_workbench_uiModel_worksheet_applicationModule_WorksheetAM.WorksheetOption5VO is required.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Compensation > Act as Proxy.
2. Select the plan
3. Make performance rating for an employee.
4. Click save.
5. Error is thrown.
6. If making any other change in the worksheet and clicking save, no error is thrown.
