Users Cannot Be Found in OSN to be Added when Searching by Name, Email Address or Loginid (Doc ID 2394555.1)

A user who has logged into Oracle Social Network (OSN) and is able to create and access conversations cannot be found by other users when attempting to add him/her to a conversation or group. Also, the user cannot be found by the OSN Administrator, neither by the name nor by the loginid.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSN
2. Search for the user to be added to a group or conversation. Make sure to search by loginid which is often but not always the email address.
3. Notice that the user cannot be found
