Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Rollup and Team Rules

When trying to create roll-up rules using Input payloads, using the below service data objects:
1. http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/incentiveCompensation/cn/creditSetup/creditRule/creditRuleService/}RuleAssignment
2. http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/incentiveCompensation/cn/creditSetup/creditRule/creditRuleService/}Rule

we need to know the attribute for creating XML receiving direct credit in ( http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/incentiveCompensation/cn/creditSetup/creditRule/creditRuleService/}RuleAssignment )
