Symptoms

When attempting to login to P6 Professional in cloud environment, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Exception EVirtualTableError in module PM.exe at 000000000AD3929. TCVirtualTable.OptFieldIndexOf: VTable is not loaded - PROJECT

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

   1. Launch P6 Professional login screen
   2. Provide username and password and click ok
   3. Observe error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to P6 professional successfully.
