Goal
This document describes how to change the display language in Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) Web UIs, e.g., Login Screen, Admin Console, My Apps and My Profile.
During looking into an issue via Service Request, you're often requested to take screenshots of these WebUI. At that time, the screenshots displayed in English is more effective to resolve the issue than ones taken in local language (Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, etc...), as we're working through issues in collaboration of engineers world-wide.
