Inactive Users Are Still Be Seen

Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households


Customer is inactivating the Users from Manage User, but still the users are not getting removed from the Resource. He can see the old deactivated users when trying to assign the contact or opportunity.
