Strategic Modeling Node/Models Does Not Show Up In SmartView (Doc ID 2395581.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to see Strategic Modeling(SM) node in SmartView. If user connects to the Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service(EPBCS) application through SmartView and Opens the Strategic Modeling, it does not show up Models, Templates.
