SSO: Unable To Refer Candidate With SSO Authentication

- SSO is configured as IDP initiated
- CareerSection configured with SSO
- User Can authenticate using SSO to CareerSection
With above prerequisites, upon referring a candidate the referee user encounters an error on the last referral page:
The error does not occur when the Career Section is configured with LoginPage instead of SSO for the authentication.
