Symptoms

When customer sets a new rule based on an email that exists, they get 0 returns.

STEPS
-----------------------

1) enter occ admin
2) Click Marketing
3) Click "Target audience"
4) Click "New target audience"
5) Click "New rule" or "New filter"
6) select email filter and put "xxxx@yyy.com"
