ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When customer sets a new rule based on an email that exists, they get 0 returns.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Orders should be present

STEPS
-----------------------

1) enter occ admin
2) Click Marketing
3) Click "Target audience" (marketing1.png)
4) Click "New target audience" (marketing1.png)
5) Click "New rule" or "New filter"
6) select email filter and put "xxxx@yyy.com"
