Symptoms
Errors seen when creating a new Item from Product Development.
ERROR
The value provided for the Organization attribute is invalid (ACA-3600191). Cause: The user left the organization either empty or entered an invalid value. Action Make sure the organization is set correctly in the Settings Page.
ERROR
The value provided for the Default Template attribute is invalid. (ACA-3600190)
Cause: The user entered an invalid value for the template attribute.
Action: Make sure the template value is set correctly in the item class Settings page.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Product Development
2. Click on Create Item task.
3. See the error message.
