Goal

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Manage Awards

R13: ER - allow change of project status from awards module

From the awards module, it would be good for usability if users can change the status of the
projects from the projects train stop
This can be done by enabling a hyperlink similar to how it works in project financial management
