 The goal of this document is to provide additional knowledge on SOA 12C purging and Reclaiming/shrinking DB table space and LOB Segment space. 


PROCEDURES TO RECLAIM SPACE AFTER PURGE MUST BE CREATED AND DONE BY AN EXPERIENCED DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR. Please engage your DBA for assistance on purge cleanup. Oracle consulting is an option is DBA is unavailable. Oracle Support team has limited scope to work on the issues covered in this document
