Goal

How to End-Date a Benefit Option which was already used in a Program/Plan?
The option was added in Plan with Effective Date 1/1/1951 and needs to be end dated as of 31/3/2018.

When trying to end-date the option from UI, the following error is seen: The parent record cannot be deleted when children exist.
