On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Performance

R13 - Synchronize Person Assignments - Cut-over Inquiry

Ran process Synchronize Person Assignments for full population and it hung up.

Is that because the sizing is not same as PROD?

What is Oracle's recommendation for running this for full population of 80k users at real cut-over time? Should parameter only go back 30 days? - please advise on best practice for R13.
