Release Planning Recommendation is Warning

Failed to release supply recommendation for supply type 5 supply as the value provided for attribute PREPARER_ID is not valid. Provided value is IS NULL.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Mark the Plan Order for Release in supplies and Demand Table
2. Save the Record
3. Go to action and click on the release button
4. Wait and check for the Plan supply recommendation to finish


Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with the releasing the Planned Order.
