IB Shipment Interface Failing After Upgrade To Version 9 - Message "An unknown error occurred."

Symptoms

When attempting to process xml data for IB Shipment using Rest API, the following error occurs.

ERROR
An unknown error occurred.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Postman
2. Enter Post URL: https:/XXXX.logfireapps.com/YYYY_test/wms/api/init_stage_interface/
3. Use Basic Authorization, enter username and password
4. Set async to 0
5. Enter XML Data "......."
6. Press Send

Error is seen.
