Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to process xml data for IB Shipment using Rest API, the following error occurs.
An unknown error occurred.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Postman
2. Enter Post URL: https:/XXXX.logfireapps.com/YYYY_test/wms/api/init_stage_interface/
3. Use Basic Authorization, enter username and password
4. Set async to 0
5. Enter XML Data "......."
6. Press Send
Error is seen.
