Group Workbook Template Default Rights Do Not Get Assigned for "Other Groups" (Doc ID 2403038.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS), the Group Workbook Template Default Rights do not get assigned to the new user if the group is one of the "Other groups" selected.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Set Group Workbook Template Default Rights for GroupA and GroupB.
2. Create a new user (testGroupAB) with Default group (GroupA), Other group (GroupB) and Inherit Group Defaults Rights selected.
Notice that the new user has only inherited the rights from GroupA.
