Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Capture Transactions-Approve Journals
When attempting to manage Journal approval rules using Setup and Maintenance, the following error occurs.
-- Error
An unresolvable error has occurred. Please contact your administrator for more information.
-- What is working
Able to open the rules from BPM when navigating using Bell notifications. Also, the approval rules are working as expected.
-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
a. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance"
b. Open "Manage Journal Approval Rules" Task and opens the BPM UI
c. Click on "FinGlJournalApproval"
d. Click on Rules tab
