Goal

JCS customer has following JCS entitlement available:

[1] B83496 Oracle Java Cloud Service - Enterprise Edition - General Purpose - Non-metered - Hosted Environment
@JCS_EE_PAAS_GP_OCPU_HOUR
Quantity = 2 (Both are used already).

[2] B83555 Oracle Java Cloud Service - Suite - High Memory - Non-metered - Hosted Environment
@JCS_SUITE_PAAS_HP_OCPU_HOUR
Quantity = 2 (Not used).

Can customer use entitlement: JCS_SUITE_PAAS_HP_OCPU_HOUR to create JCS instance with GP shape VM, or choose
Enterprise / Standard Edition JCS, will this usage incurs extra free?
