OMC : LogAnalytics Not Able To Recreate The Alert After Deletion

Symptoms
Can not save the alert rule once it is deleted, The usecase as follows.
1 Create a Rule Name called "Top 10 Log Sources for Host Target trend"
Rule type : Real time
Entity Type: Host (Linux)
Label : Login Succeeded
Log source : Linux syslog logs
Save it
2 From the "Alert Rules" screen, we have Enable/Disable & Delete options available, clicked on delete says it is deleted and does not list in this screen.
3 Recreation of alert throws an error follows.
Cannot save the alert rule because there is another definition with the selected Entity and Label.
