Last updated on FEBRUARY 01, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Warehouse Management Enterprise Edition Cloud Service - Version 8.0.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Using postman to interface the order details to WMS Cloud service application (WMSCS), populate the interface with the route information and the customer number as well.  After running the import the system automatically populates the customer number as route number.
In the route number field it is not populating the value that was given by the customer for route number.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Route number information should populate from the value that was given for route number, and customer number should only go to the customer number field.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following sequence of steps:
1. Open the WMSCS environment, and postman.
2. In Postman choose the XML file.
3. Run the postman interface to populate the data from the XML into the WMSCS environment.
4. Check the customer number and route number fields, and see they are both populated with the customer number value.
