Fusion PD: How to configure context sensitive segment to a specific Change order (Doc ID 2404313.1)

Goal

Customer has created Context Based Segments for Descriptive Flex fields for Change Order Headers by following below steps

1) Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage Change Order and New Item Request Header Descriptive Flexfields > Click Edit Icon to edit the flex field
2) Enter the name for Context Prompt. Save the data.
3) Click Manage Contexts Button > Click + icon to create a new Context > Enter the required details.
4) Deploy Flexfield.

Global segments are visible for the change order, but unable to view these context based segments in Change orders.

How can we configure context sensitive segment to a specific Change order?
