Symptoms
Load Time Card Batches Program does not complete.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter the Timecard for an Employee and approve it, so that Timecard status will be approved.
2. Now Load Timecard batches, which sends data to the Calculation card.
3. Process gets stuck, and doesn't move ahead.
4. They can Manually Mark the Upload File sub process as completed, but it require manual intervention.
