P6 Web User Cannot See Menu Items Under Administration Tab (Doc ID 2406521.1)

Symptoms

 

P6 web users, who are admin superusers, are unable to see User Administration, User Interface Views or other menu items.

When accessing a page, the user may receive message Your browser view did not allow access to this page .

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log into P6 web
  2. Click Administration tab
  3. Only 3 menu items show - user administration and user interface views do not appear. (user is an admin superuser)
