Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Billing - Transactions

When attempting to create a transaction,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"A valid document sequence does not exist for the selected transaction type. Select another transaction type. (AR-855593)"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator --> Receivables --> Billing --> Create Transaction


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create transaction
