Goal
Users have created supplier user for the contract manufacturer with user name and given necessary role Receiving Agent and related organization access to it. Since the contract manufacturer/supplier user is not defined as an employee, the "Received by" field (in Procurement > My Receipts) cannot be populated.
How can a contract/contingent user receive Purchase Orders (POs) from other suppliers?
