OPTIONS Requests Fail with CORS Errors

Content and Experience Cloud service when accessing "Content" or "Experience" via the UI results in spinning blue circles and two OPTIONS requests resulting in CORS errors in the browser console:
https://<service instance>-<identity domain>.socialnetwork.us.oraclecloud.com/osn/social/api/v1/connections (Reason: CORS header 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' missing.
https://<service instance>-<identity domain>.socialnetwork.us.oraclecloud.com/osn/fc/RemoteJSONBatch (Reason: CORS header 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' missing.
