In Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Exported Profiles Document Contains Error Message Instead Of Profile Information (Doc ID 2408359.1)

You've logged into ARCS and are attempting to export your profiles to an external .CSV file.  The data you've selected is unformatted.  The export process completes and a .csv file is created, but when the file is opened for viewing, there is only a Java error string:

"An unexpected error occurred. Select "Provide Feedback" and contact Oracle Support. (java.lang.NullPointerException)
