On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Global Payroll
When attempting to run the Make EFT payments process,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

An application error occurred. an assertion failure was detected at location ReportUtils.callJavaClass:5
An application error occurred. an assertion failure was detected at location write_bank_account:1.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit the process with the desired parameters
2. See the status of the process
