Goal

Award and Contract Amount mismatch in Oracle Grants accounting

User has created an Award, linked projects and allocated amount on the created project.
He has clicked on Submit button which created a contract, however he has chosen 'No' on submission option.
So Contract has been created but not submitted.
Now user has created two more project and allocated the amount.
Now contract and Award amount are not in sync.
How can we sync it so that contract can be submitted?
