Symptoms

Importing a compensation plan from DEV1 instance into TEST instance has errors.
This plan component has two performance measures with the same credit categories in the xml file.

ERROR
oracle.jbo.RowValException: JBO-CN:::CN_CPSTP_PT_INDV_CRDT_CATG_E: CN-1575105 You cannot associate the performance measure to this plan component, because it has different credit categories. All of the performance measures associated with this plan component, where process transactions equals individually, must have the same credit categories.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Export out compensation plan CP_DOT_ATT_TEST_1 from DEV1 instance
    Navigator > Compensation Plans > Manage Compensation Plan > Select a compensation plan and click on export icon.
2. Import this compensation plan in TEST instance with REUSE option and get error message
    Navigator > Compensation Plans > Manage Compensation Plan Import Processes
