Symptoms

Rules have been created and are being managed in BPM.  When attempting to go into Manage Approvals on a Requisition or PO, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Error occurred while displaying History tree table. Error in task {0}. Please correct the error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into a Requisition or PO
2. Click Manage Approvals
3. Error Populates

Changes

Recent upgrade from Release 12 to Release 13 can cause this or when migrating rules from one environment to another.
