Goal

How can the supplier portal page be customized so that suppliers cannot see the DFFs when viewing the order?

Oracle composer toolbar stays grayed out on Edit Change Order page from Supplier Portal application when trying to customize the page.
The same user is able to customize other pages in Supplier Portal without issues. This issue doesn't happen when Edit Change Order page is customized through the Procurement application.
