Possible To Make User Entity "Historical Enrollment Results Information" As Root UE? (Doc ID 2413104.1)

Goal

We have requirement to fetch the History Enrollment Results and their Demographic information as on Enrollment Start Date.
The UE "Historical Enrollment Results Information" is not allowed be used as a root UE.
Is there any solution on this?
