 On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Set Up FCR-Define Financial Reporting Structures

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When saving the Roles created in the segment security page with Row Set as "Multiple Values" in the Create Policy Rule tab the Data Security Policy does not show.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting to be able to create the Create Policy Rule setup using Row Set as "Multiple Values" in one go.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Click on “Setup and Maintenance”, Search for Manage Value sets.
Step 2: In Modules tab, Enter General Ledger and Click on the Search button. Click on “Company” Segment
Step 3: Click on Edit Data Security
Step 4: Created the condition
Step 5: Populate the details in the “Create Policy” tab and try to Click on Save and Close.

Note: The policy window will close without error. However, the policy did not save.
