Goal

It is required to configure outbound notifications with a valid sender email address with a valid email domain.

This email address must resolve to a valid DNS. Your email server must accept bounce back and rejected messages from Oracle Public Cloud.

How do you ensure that your company email servers will not reject these emails and that Oracle Public Cloud will not block your email traffic?
